If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AuraGrid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Proper Use

Customers agree to use AuraGrid products only as intended.

Customers should:

  • Keep the bottle upright.

  • Avoid over-saturating the wooden cap.

  • Prevent fragrance oil from contacting dashboards, leather, plastic, vinyl, painted surfaces, electronics, upholstery, or other finished materials.

  • Wipe any spilled fragrance oil immediately.

  • Keep products away from children and pets.

  • Do not ingest the fragrance oil.

  • Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

  • Keep away from excessive heat and open flames.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage or property damage.

8. Product Warning

Fragrance oils may damage vehicle interiors or other surfaces if spilled or improperly used. Natural variations in temperature, handling, installation, and storage may affect product performance.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and using them according to all provided instructions and warnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AuraGrid shall not be liable for damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse of the product

  • Failure to follow instructions or warnings

  • Accidental spills occurring after delivery

  • Failure to promptly clean spilled fragrance oil

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Exposure to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or environmental conditions beyond the product's intended use

Except where prohibited by law, AuraGrid's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law, AuraGrid products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
