Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. AuraGrid is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AuraGrid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities if appropriate.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

AuraGrid is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
