At AuraGrid, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 Calendar days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping package if applicable

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened fragrance products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

At this time, AuraGrid does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return an unopened product and place a new order.
