How long does the scent last?

Scent longevity depends on fragrance selection, temperature, and vehicle conditions. Most customers enjoy several weeks of fragrance with proper use.

How do I use my AuraGrid diffuser?

Unscrew the wooden cap, carefully remove the inner stopper, securely reinstall the cap, and briefly tilt the bottle to allow the wooden cap to absorb a small amount of fragrance oil. Return the bottle to an upright position immediately and hang it securely.

Can the fragrance oil damage my vehicle?

Yes. Fragrance oil may stain or damage leather, vinyl, plastic, painted, or finished surfaces if spilled or allowed to remain on them. Always keep the bottle upright and wipe away any spills immediately.

Is the bottle refillable?

At launch, AuraGrid diffusers are intended for single use unless refill products are specifically offered on our website.

Are your fragrances safe?

When used as directed, AuraGrid products are designed for normal fragrance use. They are not intended for ingestion or direct skin or eye contact. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How quickly do orders ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you accept returns?

We generally accept returns only for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for return except where required by law or if they arrive damaged or defective.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Please refer to the shipping options available during checkout. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be shown there.
