Getting Started

Thank you for choosing AuraGrid. Each diffuser is hand-poured in Tennessee using premium fragrance oils inspired by the world's finest hotels. Follow the instructions below to enjoy the best experience while protecting your vehicle.

Before First Use

  1. Unscrew the wooden cap.
  2. Carefully remove the plastic stopper from the bottle.
  3. Reinstall the wooden cap securely.
  4. Hang the diffuser from your rearview mirror using the included cord.

Do not remove the stopper while the bottle is hanging.

Activating Your Diffuser

The wooden cap absorbs fragrance oil to release scent gradually.

To activate:

  • Gently tilt the bottle upside down for 1–2 seconds.
  • Return it upright immediately.
  • Allow a few minutes for the fragrance to develop.

Avoid leaving the bottle inverted for extended periods.

Adjusting Fragrance Strength

Prefer a lighter scent?

Tilt the bottle less often.

Want a stronger fragrance?

Briefly tilt the bottle once every few days to refresh the wooden cap.

Every vehicle is different, so adjust based on cabin size and personal preference.

Refill Instructions

When your diffuser begins to lose its fragrance:

  1. Unscrew the wooden cap.
  2. Refill the bottle with an AuraGrid refill.
  3. Replace the cap securely.
  4. Briefly tilt the bottle to recharge the wooden cap.

Always refill on a protected surface.

Preventing Leaks

Your diffuser is designed for normal hanging use.

To reduce the chance of spills:

  • Keep the cap tightened securely.
  • Do not overfill the bottle.
  • Avoid leaving the bottle laying on its side.
  • Remove the diffuser before transporting it separately.

Extreme Temperatures

Heat can increase fragrance evaporation.

For best performance:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when possible.
  • Do not store refill bottles inside a hot vehicle.
  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

Cleaning

If fragrance oil contacts the exterior:

  • Wipe immediately using a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Clean glass using mild soap and water if necessary.

Do not soak the wooden cap.

Vehicle Care

Although AuraGrid bottles are designed for everyday use, fragrance oils may damage certain interior materials if spilled.

If oil contacts leather, plastic, painted surfaces, vinyl, or dashboards:

  • Wipe immediately with a clean cloth.
  • Clean the affected area according to your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.

AuraGrid is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or accidental spills.

Safety

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Do not place where the bottle may interfere with driving visibility.
